Capable of 50" x 80" flat dies, and 80" long rotary dies with circumferences up to 86", ArtiosCAD is a gold standard in computer-aided design for the packaging industry, transforming your design into a properly configured cutting die. Working in tandem with ArtiosCAD, Kongsberg Die Saws then create the actual die board, providing precision and accuracy in the final product.

Data Technology Laser - setting a new standard for laser cutting
This powerful 2200 watt turbo laser quickly and easily cuts through die boards up to 60" x 96". Laser cut die boards meet the stringent accuracy requirements of today’s advanced die cutters, such as the Bobst Centerline 2 System.

SDS EasyBender^® Rule Processor - "changing the way the world makes dies"
Unsurpassed in speed and versatility, the SDS EasyBender is able to bend sharp angles, small radii, complex designs, and even closed shapes.

In fact, it is the only fully automatic system that notches, cuts the rule to precise length, (either with a perfect straight cut or a miter) and bends the rule in a single linear process. This produces pieces that are fully finished with no additional processes.
